Great location, near restaurants and highway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, room was spacious and well kept. Breakfast in the morning was good and attendants were friendly. Sharon at the front desk was awesome very nice and offered great recommendations for dinner! Thank you Sharon!

My stay was terrible I got in there and one of the managers was claiming that I was smoking in the room at one time which was very much untrue and he stated this in front of people which was very embarrassing second I lifted up my seats which I always do because I check out the mattress I checked them out it's always never clean it's never up to my standards I don't know if people will but I looked on my mattress which was stains all over and have brown stains completely all over it was full of bed bugs so I'm just wanted to give a heads up to people that sometimes you just need to change and look at your hotel to what you doing always check your mattress out before you get into the bed because you never know what you're lying in with that being said the front desk was polite and not too many of them were very polite

I would rate this hotel very highly. The staff was great, very helpful and polite. Hotel very clean inside and out. Room was great, very comfortable. Only complaint was the maid service as our room was not made up until almost 2:30 in the afternoon which was inconvenient because we had a wedding to go to early that evening.

Stayed for one night, with my mom, to be close to the airport. We were in a double room and both of our beds were WET. When I sat on the edge of my bed, I got up and my jeans had a wet spot on the butt. At first I thought I must have spilled water in the rental car and didn't think it was the bed. It wasn't until later when we got into bed for the night that we realized it was actually the beds. It felt like having extreme night sweats all night. Just laying on a damp bed is so unpleasant. Since we were checking out at 3 am and my mom is elderly, we decided to just deal with it and not try to change rooms. We spoke to the receptionist at our 3 am check out and showed her a picture. She was not at all concerned. So, I called the hotel once I returned home, the same day, and was told I would receive a return call from the manager the next day. After 3 days not hearing back, I called again and found my number was on some sort of "do not answer" list. I called several times and the one time someone picked up I heard an employee in the background say "hang up". So I used my husband's phone and suddenly I got through the first time. SO sketchy! The manager said that they had checked the beds and decided that me and my mom were lying about the beds being wet. He asked ME why the beds were wet. Needless to say, after going round and round with him (Mina, I hope your bosses see this) he refused to do anything to change our room rate or reimburse us for an incredibly unpleasant stay. Spend your money elsewhere.

I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning incident I observed while staying in, it took me awhile to find the right words over this horrifying incidents involving an employee. Mina Butros I stayed at your hotel several days ago and I had went to use the restroom near the front desk and I had unfortunately witnessed a disturbing seen. I had opened a door to use the one of the stalls and I had witnessed (Mina Butros) sitting on the toilet aggressively "playing with himself". I was in shock and in disbelief as we made eye contact and he continued to please himself, after the initial shock I immediately shut the door and decided to just go up to my use the bathroom. It took me some courage to write this message I believe it's important for us to address this matter promptly and ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. What I witnessed was very unprofessional and I hope no one has to see what I had witnessed and I will be forwarding this to the Marriott Customer Service, and other review sites. That could have been anyones child that could have walked in and witness that. I want to make sure that this will not continue. Thank you for your attention to this matter

Staying here on business. Room is outdated and not clean. Shower had soap stains. Stains on rugs and debris. hole in wall. Dust on room hardware. Shower curtain not clean.Room was just uncomfortable.

Visit Burlington and decided to stay here for two nights. As Titanium elite, I was upgraded to a suite room that is huge with a separate living room and bedroom. The room has basic amenities like microwave, coffee maler, refrigerator, etc. No complain as I have a good stay during my visit.

The hotel starts showing signs of wear and tear but is in good shape overall and is a typical Courtyard. The room was good, clean and quiet. We didn't have a breakfast there but there's plenty of choice in town.
